Play Rangers Terms & Conditions

POLICY 3 - DEFINITIONS
If you purchase either product and / or services offered by this website (Site) and / or Play Rangers ABN 3296 9573 085, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully and immediately cease using our site or proceeding with purchases, quotations / or bookings if you do not agree.
PROGRAM
This inclusive program is designed for children ages 6+ months - 14 years old. 
AM PM, TERM & EVENT PLAY
We host casual play days, most commonly referred to as “AM & PM, Term & Event play” which are pop up events held all year round. All of the above play sessions are, open ended play experiences, offered to Children of all ages. Age restrictions are not imposed.
By completing an electronic booking/quotation form, I:
a) understand that the children at my service who participate in the Play ‘AM & PM, Term & Event play’ do so at their own risk and acknowledge and accept the level of risk consequent with the activity and in accordance with the rules specified by Play Rangers
I ) hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified and hold harmless Play Rangers its sole trader, employees and contractors, the promoter, managers, officers, agents, contractors, any club, organisation and volunteers including medical and paramedical personnel appointed for the activities, the owners’ licensees and occupiers of land in which the activities or any part of it are conducted, sponsors and activities organisers (“the parties”), from and against all liability for any damage, loss, costs, expense, liability, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, injury (including death) or dispute including any negligence by the parties arising out of, directly or indirectly, the actions or omissions (whether wilful, negligent or otherwise) by the parties which may be brought by or on behalf of any children who participate in the program, however arising out of or in relation to participation in the Play (AM & PM, Term & Event) program. To be clear, this waiver includes but is not limited to liability for any negligent or tortuous act or omission, breach of duty, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty on the part of the parties c) acknowledge that the children have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Play ‘(AM & PM, Term & Event) program
d) acknowledge that there is a risk of COVID-19 transmission while participating in this activity
e) acknowledge the children are fit, healthy, not suffering from any injuries and if appropriate, have a clearance from the children’s doctor to participate in the Play (AM & PM, Term & Event) program or if any child has an injury I have advised Play Rangers of the children’s injuries and a doctor has given medical clearance to participate
f) give full consent for Play Rangers’ ‘(AM & PM, Term & Event)  program  to use the children’s creations and hands in any or all promotional and marketing campaigns, e.g. cinema advertising, promotional DVDs, and any other printed and or audio visual or website material relating to Play Rangers Play program and no royalties are payable for now or in the future 

I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND PROVIDE THE ABOVE RELEASE, WAIVER AND CONSENT AND REFUND POLICY
I acknowledge that:
a) I am the responsible person/primarily child carer of the children whilst at my service. I hereby covenant and warrant this information true and correct and hereby agree that
we shall both be bound by this document 
b) that my signature to this document constitutes a complete and unconditional release of all liability of the Play Rangers to the extent permitted by law in the event of me and/or the
children under my care suffering injury, death or permanent disability 

I acknowledge that: 
I have a wet weather location as we allow no cancellations for wet weather, the full fee will be 
charged. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any bookings cancelled within 30 days of your booking date.
Any COVID cancellations an alternative date will be offered by Play Rangers and if cancelled within 30 days 50% of the booking will be charged 

PRIVACY COLLECTION NOTICE
Play Rangers is collecting your personal information for the purposes of the performance of its functions. Your personal information may be accessed by employees, of Play Rangers.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and may be released to other parties where Play Rangers is required or authorised
by law to do so. Due to COVID-19, your personal details may be passed on to the relevant health authorities to assist us with preventing the spread of the virus. If you withhold your
personal information, you will not be permitted to participate in a Play Rangers Event. We will use or disclose your personal information to enable contract tracing by health officials,
